IPA - Session
An afternoon delight is different for everyone. Some prefer sitting in their backyard beside the pool while other prefer an afternoon of cycling along the canal. No matter what your afternoon delight is, we have the beer for you. Clocking in at a mere 5.1% ABV, this session IPA is full of flavour. Nicely dosed with Citra and Idaho7 hops you get the taste you need without the alcohol punch.
Pale Ale - American
A throwback to the good old days where balance, flavour and drinkability ruled. Maiden Voyage was influenced by the classic American pale ales of the 80's. Born from a home brew recipe and iterated on multiple times, Maiden Voyage Pale Ale is the right balance between bitter and hoppy, supported by a light malt backbone. This beer is a great all arounder and it is at home in any social setting.
IPA - New England / Hazy
This delicious NEIPA has tons of late addition Citra and Mosaic.
IPA - American
Featuring Strata, a hop that has notes of tropical fruit and citrus with a slight hint of weed. This generously dry hopped IPA will tickles your taste buds!
Lager - American
Crisp, clean and simple, True North is the beer of hot weather, cottage and summer in Canada. A Cerveza that does not need a lime stuffed in it (unless you want to)
IPA - American
East Coast delight! Smooth maltiness meets juicy hops, striking a perfect balance. Sip and savor the flavors!
Bitter - Session / Ordinary
Kölsch
Clean, crisp and clear. Sounds like a lager, but it's not!
Farmhouse Ale - Saison
Dry hopped saison. Full bodied, dry and fruity with a touch of spice.
Pilsner - Italian
Tipopils
IPA - American
There have been many times when the internet has helped me find a new style, become aware of a new trend or formulate need a new recipe and this is one of those times. Out of San Francisco a new style is emerging, the brut IPA, a bone dry and aromatic pale beer with very little bitterness. Without a local example (until after it was brewed) I turned to the internet for help. Sure enough, it did not let me down. I would not say this is 100% to style it came pretty close and it produced All Hail the Internet IPA!
IPA - American
You asked, and we delivered. A west coast IPA, packed full of flavour with a pronounced bitterness. This dank IPA will satisfy the hop-heads.
IPA - American
A soft and fruity IPA

Stout - Irish Dry
Dry Irish stout
Red Ale - American Amber / Red

Take 'Tis the Saison and age it on Blackberries. A deep purple colour with a distinct fruity taste.
