This all malt Pale Ale is clean drinking with a noticeable short bitter finish. Natural Blonde was our first beer back in 2010 and has always been our most food friendly brew.
IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
The style is Cascadian Dark Ale, also known as a Black IPA or an American Black Ale. The pitch black colour introduces you to roasted malt flavours, but with a major hop presence you would expect from an IPA.

Stout - Milk / Sweet
"Our inspiration for this beer comes from our family who have been farming in Bristol, Quebec since 1925. This 150 acre farm has seen a lot of change over the years but still remains in the family. We first started out with dairy cattle and now are farming soybeans and hay. This stout offers a balance of roasted malts and residual sweetness."
Shandy / Radler
Radler first became popular in 1922 in the town of Deisenhofen, Germany. The beverage was an instant favourite with the local cyclists travelling from Munich. 40 years prior, Ottawa's first bicycles were imported in 1882 from England at a price of $300 each by George A. Mothers ill, founder of the Ottawa Bicycle club, the oldest and one of the largest clubs in Canada. We first made this beer in 2014 to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Pub Italia."
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
A refreshing collaboration between a great local brewer and a great local pub. A traditional Czech Pilsner made with 100% Superior Pilsen Malt and Hallertau Hops. Giving a refreshing and crisp beer.
Pale Ale - American
An APA made the Canadian way! Malt from the East Coast, hops from the West Coast, yeast from Niagara, and water from the nation's capital. This brew offers aromas of citrus and subtle spice with a balanced bitter finish. 5% of the sales of this beer are donated to Canadian charities focused on empowerment of women.
IPA - American
West Coast style IPA with prominent aromas of pine and citrus.
IPA - New England / Hazy
Staff Pick # 11 Despite being born and raised in Ottawa, Danny's family roots come from the North Shore of Nova Scotia. His Grandmother Molly MacFarlane is from Williams Point and his Grandfather Ralph McCallum is from Truro. When it came to choosing a style for his Staff Pick, Danny wanted something that would represent the East Coast so a NEIPA was an ideal choice. This beer offers flavours of fruit, citrus and hops with a soft and fluffy mouthfeel
Lager - Vienna
Sasquatch Schnitzel is a Vienna-style lager brewed with specialty M3 Vienna malt and Ontario Sasquatch hops. This classic amber beer has notes of toasted bread and a hint of caramel, balanced with a combination of zesty noble hops and citrussy Sasquatch.
Historical Beer - Dampfbier
The first steamboat on the Ottawa River was the sidewheel paddle-steamer Lady Colborne. Starting in 1832, this 100 foot long passenger steamer worked on the Ottawa between Aylmer and Fitzroy four times a week in each direction, for the seven months that the river was open each year.
Dampfbier (German for steam beer), is a rare centuries-old style, and was traditionally known as a beer for the common folk. Brewed with German weizen yeast, this all malt brew has hints of clove and a mild hop finish.
This beer was formally known as Dartmouth Common
Lager - Vienna
Deep gold, rich and malty with a dry finish
Porter - American
Pennsylvania Porter.
Brown Ale - American
Sweet and spicy, just like a delicious cake everyone loves on Sunday after dinner. just missing the cream cheese frosting
IPA - American
Our inspiration for this beer comes from the storied lumber industry on the Ottawa River, and the massive log booms that would be towed downstream to the sawmills. These log booms contained hundreds of pine trees and became most well known with the iconic image of a broken boom on the back of the Canadian One Dollar Bill. We brew this beer with an abundance of four different hop varietals, to provide complex and assertive aromas of pine and citrus.
IPA - American
A 'Bavarian spin on a West Coast IPA'. 100% Polaris hops. German malt and yeast.
