El Jefe
Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen Summer session ale
The Ginger of Sussex
Hard Ginger Beer Freshly peeled and diced ginger added to each batch makes this beer a one of a kind. The ginger taste is noticeable on the nose and in the light and clean finish, but doesn't overwhelm.
Percy Mapleton
Porter - English Percy LeFroy Mapleton, aka the British "railway murderer" of 1881. No passenger nor porter witnessed his ghoulish crime on the on the express train from London Bridge Station. He became the subject of the first police composite picture to appear on a "wanted" poster ultimately leading to his arrest and execution. Our Porter is spookily delicious with hints of cocoa and notes of biscuit, a deep brown hue with full rounded flavour and subtle floral aroma from the Golding hop additions.
Biju
IPA - Brut BIJU is our third variation of a BRUT IPA. 0° Plato, with super tropical aromas and flavour, unfiltered yet bright. Could such a mystically delicious concoction be real? Yep. A blend of Cashmere and Azzaca hops contributes to the rich tropical and citrusy flavour and aroma. Easy drinking with a dry crisp finish. The perfect beverage to enjoy while dreaming of the impossible.
Pineapple Sour Radler
Shandy / Radler This Pineapple Sour Radler is the perfect balance of sweet and sour with hints of citrus aroma and tropical pineapple flavor. Enjoy a juicy treat that is the perfect companion at BBQs, pool parties and cottage retreats. #greatlifegreatbeer
Ten12
Blonde / Golden Ale - Other Ten12 is our flagship beer, lightly malted with a smooth taste and a crisp finish. Like a classic pair of jeans, this beer is familiar but stylish - floral aroma with notes of citrus, a light hop flavour, and quick aftertaste. Perfect for summer time patios or picnics or any time you want a beer that doesn’t cut corners, but doesn’t push your limits. To be enjoyed by everyone from beer enthusiasts to a first timers starting an adventure in craft beer. Ten12 represents the first year of the oldest beer garden in Munich – the Menterschwaige – still an ideal place to retreat after a bike ride along the Isar.
OPA
IPA - American Looking for a great IPA? OPA is a pale ale with an assertive hop bitterness, balanced flavour and smooth finish. The deep, rich amber hues make this beer as tasty to the eyes as it is to the palate. Enjoy the subtle malt flavours balanced with a light fruity aroma. The crisp finish is what sets this IPA apart. In Greek, OPA is a word used to celebrate life itself! We think you’re going to love this.
5 Fingers
Brown Ale - American A full flavoured, gorgeously coloured beer that is to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. A hint of caramel on the nose compliments the earthy tones and roasted malty flavour on the pallet. #greatlifegreatbeer
Mr. Brown Has Gone Coconuts
Brown Ale - American With our American Brown Ale as the base, Mr. Brown has gone coconuts! has been the hit of the summer. The addition of coconut to this gorgeously coloured beer brings you to that time enjoying drinks on a summer patio or swimming up to that tropical bar. Mr. Brown has gone coconuts won the people's choice award at the Ottawa Craft Beer Festival 2015.
Perfectum
Stout - Irish Dry Perfectum is a dry stout with a pleasant note of chocolate in its aroma, a thick, creamy head, and a roasted, malty flavour. A sweeter beer than most, Perfectum has minimal hop and floral notes. It has mild carbonation and a medium finish that can be avoured, but doesn’t overstay its welcome.
Lone Wolf McAle
Pale Ale - American Are you a lone wolf among a throng of sheep? Can you count the number of people you trust on one hand and have 4 fingers left over? Is your name synonymous with extreme toughness and martial arts? This beer is for you. We added 20lbs of freshly peeled and diced ginger late in the boil for a unique taste and aroma. It’s a roundhouse kick of flavour. A ginger spiced ale, it’s a lone operator among a series of expendable beers. Ideal for long Canadian winters, or any time you need to get away from the boring and predictable. While still a pale ale, this beer comes in at the upper range of the SRM colour scale for this type of beer and features a deep amber hue. A medium carbonation gives it a foamy head that helps highlight its rare flavour. Slight hints of citrus and spices on the nose that complement the spicy ginger taste. The finish is light and clean. The Lone Wolf McAle is another offering that uses only a single hop variety. This allows the spicy ginger flavour to be dominant, while providing the full complexity of hop flavouring.
Hans In Die Hosen
Lager - Pale
Cranshaw's Spruced IPA
IPA - American Known to northern peoples since beer was first brewed, spruce beer has been a source of comfort and nutrition, allowing easy, and tasty, access to crucial vitamins thanks to the inclusion of spruce tips in the brewing process. We added Colorado Blue Spruce tips late in the boil to bring out the essential oils that flavour the beer and give it a nutritional punch. Versions of this brew have helped ward off scurvy, keeping sailors, hunters, and explorers alive, including Captain Cook himself. If you need a beer to keep you alive, Cranshaw’s your boy. Thanks to its unique ingredients, this beer unsurprisingly features a resinous, piney taste that is both crisp and fortifying. The Blue Spruce is noticeable both on the nose and the flavour of the beer, but thanks to the properties of this additive, it doesn’t linger on the finish. With a low IBU rating, it balances an herbal quality with only subtle fruity notes that are more common in IPAs. Not as dark as some spruce beers, ranking an 11 on the SRM (at 40, the beer is black). This means it has an amber colour, darker than a golden pale ale, but not so much as a brown ale.
Sour Cherry Sour
Sour - Fruited
Forest Ridge Fire Road
Pale Ale - American Have you ever gone for an easy mountain bike ride on a fire road just to enjoy the day. We love this beer to get the same experience with or without the ride! Forest Ridge Fire Road is a pale ale brewed with premium German Vienna and Munich malts. A blend of hops create a citrus, grapefruit, melon, and mango aroma. Unique is the Gargoyle hop which has been revived by an organic hop farm near Clearlake, California. Yummy!
Blou Amber
Red Ale - American Amber / Red Like Blou Amber, Papa Lou is a rare find. A friend to many and giving to all, Lou reminds us of the importance of humanity and taking life as it comes. It doesn’t hurt that he rides a Phat bike :). BLou Amber is a tribute to friends and finding fun deep is Larose forest. This beer was brewed with a variety of crystal malts to create a deep amber color and a rich caramel, honey taste.
Coach's Challenge
IPA - Triple
Chauncey
IPA - English Chauncey is a hoppy, well-attenuated British ale with a a gorgeous golden hue. It has a slightly toasty malt finish and spicy, sweet citrus hop aroma and flavour. A gentlemanly bitter finish asserts the pallet and reminds us that Chauncey is to be revered as much as it is to be enjoyed.
